    Life is busy. We’ve blended the best organic ingredients to provide a balanced and nutritious breakfast to start your day, everyday. This high-fibre, wheat-free recipe is naturally sweetened with fruit. It does not contain any refined sugar or added salt.

    Suggested serving:

    For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into a smoothie or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds.
