Start the day with a bowl of our original recipe granola. Delicious toasted oats combined with cashews, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and a variety of seeds is the perfect way to start the day. And of course, Lizi’s Original granola is GL tested for slow energy release.
INGREDIENTS
Wholegrain oat flakes (62%), seeds (7%) [sunflower, golden linseeds, pumpkin], nuts (7%) [cashew nut pieces, almond pieces, hazelnut pieces, walnut pieces], desiccated coconut, rapeseed oil, fructose, black treacle, chicory fibre.
