The RFS60 No Quibble Quality and Value Guarantee
The RealFoodSource team are passionate about balancing food quality and value while clamping down on food waste. Our mission is to be transparent about real foods and to build trust with our customers who share our values.
As part of our customer partnership, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If a product is for any reason not up to scratch, or you have discovered better value, we offer a generous, no-quibble 60-day returns policy with the following terms and conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of order receipt. No if’s or but’s, so we advise to only purchase when planning to use the foods, rather than store for months. Please see our information on best before dates for further information. Best Before Dates
- Customers Must be able to print returns Labels.
- Rejected products must be returned in its original RealFoodSource packaging. Decanting foods is considered acceptance, so check and test foods while still in the original packaging.
- All products must be returned for refund and posted back within 7 working days of receipt of the returns label. The provided return label will expire after 7 working days and the customer will then be responsible for any shipping costs. Products must be returned for refund. Only one returns label for up to 30kg is provided per order.
- We can only refund one opened bag of each product, Please do not open multiple bags of the same product. If one is faulty, assume the rest are too, and we’ll happily process the return for one opened and the rest unopened.
- The RFS60 guarantee is limited to 3 opened products per order. With our high quality and value standards, It is improbable that there would be a high number of issues, therefore any above the three, will be dealt with as per usual terms and conditions of refund only if spoilage, damage, or significantly not as described can be confirmed. Unopened products can be returned free up to 30kg in weight. Customers are responsible for return costs for weights over 30kg.
- We only refund what has been returned. If a significant amount of any item returned has been consumed, we will only provide a refund for the pro-rata value for the amount returned. For example, 500g returned from a 1kg product will result in a 50% refund of the value of the product etc. Of course, we do not deduct if a nut or two have been tested.
- Northern Ireland and remote/offshore. We are only able to offer our full RFS60 guarantee to UK mainland customers. We offer the no quibble guarantee to Northern Ireland and remote/offshore, but are unable to offer free returns to these areas at this time, so customers in these areas will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Public Reviews & Ongoing Service
We welcome honest feedback and are proud of our reputation. However, we reserve the right to discontinue service to customers who:
- Leave public reviews containing factually inaccurate or defamatory information
- Post negative reviews without first contacting our customer service team to seek resolution
- Demonstrate a pattern of unreasonable or unwarranted complaints
Our market-leading RFS60 Guarantee is designed to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. All we ask is the chance to help before you share a negative review publicly. After we've had that opportunity, we'd welcome an honest review reflecting your complete experience—including how we handled things.
We believe in mutually respectful trading partnerships, not arrangements where one party publicly disparages the other yet expects continued service. No customer should feel compelled to buy from a company they rate one or two stars—and equally, we choose not to serve those who do.

Please note, if you are a previous RealFoodSource.com customer, this main difference you will encounter is that any purchases on RealFoodSource are sold within the downloadable specifications. If unsure of a product we advise you purchase the equivalent to test as a small pack size from at RealFoodSource.com. You will also be required to register an account to make any purchases on this site.
For the avoidance of doubt, each time you access this Website (for whatever reason), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’). We may revise our Terms at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Our prices are based on commodity prices of foods and exchange rates which change frequently in the marketplace.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. The images used are for demonstrative purposes only and may deviate from the actual product. We reserve the right to update product descriptions or specifications at any time.

Many of our products do contain allergens and it is your responsibility to check this.
RealFoodSource accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of our products in recipes, food preparation, or any other downstream application. Customers are responsible for inspecting and testing products prior to use. Use of a product in cooking, baking, or food preparation is considered acceptance of that product. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
COMMUNITY GROUPS/TRADE WITH THE PUBLIC
We welcome wholesale orders from Buying Groups or members of the public. However, we are only able to trade with Buying Groups or members of the public when orders are placed and paid for through www.realfoodsource.com. We are unable to offer credit, take orders by telephone or email AND We cannot pre-order or reserve goods. Please note that this is a wholesale service rather than online retail, and as such the terms and conditions outlined in this document apply.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you by e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
ORDERS
Our maximum order value is £1000.
As invoices are generated at the point of ordering we cannot additional items directly add to an order.
When ordering from us, you agree to enter the contract as set out by these Terms and Conditions. For any reason, we reserve the right to withdraw our services at any time, where necessary decline your order. If we decide to decline your order, we will notify you via e-mail. You can withdraw or cancel your order per the cancellation details stated in these Terms and Conditions.
We aim to provide the best possible service, but on occasions errors may occur. Any proposed delivery dates are estimates and are based on product availability and processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, the goods are now in your ownership and are therefore your responsibility. Once payment has been taken and goods are in your ownership, it is your responsibility to inspect goods received.
PROHIBITED USES

We are not a trade supplier or wholesaler and we do not offer our products for resale. As an online retailer our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the price of the goods contained in that order. As we are an online retailer and not a trade supplier or wholesaler we do not offer any product support nor any supporting documentation. All legally required retail information is per our detailed listings and product labels.
