Smooth, rich and subtly caramel, our 60% dark chocolate couverture drops are sweetened with coconut sugar and inulin — made with just cocoa mass, coconut sugar, cocoa butter and inulin, and nothing else.
- Taste & texture: rich dark chocolate with a subtle caramel note and a smooth, creamy melt.
- Vegan & dairy-free: free from eggs, gluten, dairy and vegetable oils.
- High in fibre: 16.3g per 100g.
- Couverture quality: high cocoa-butter content melts and tempers with ease, no lecithin needed.
