Pure chocolate, no sugar in sight. Organic Peruvian Criollo cocoa nibs are crushed cocoa beans — delicate, aromatic and faintly floral, with a brilliant crunch. Criollo is prized by chocolatiers as the "prince of cocoa," valued for its refined, mellow character rather than punchy bitterness. Scatter them where you would chocolate chips for a more nuanced, grown-up edge your smoothies and bakes will thank you for. Naturally high in fibre and unsweetened.
