Our hand-selected chopped dates undergo a sun-drying process before being expertly chopped into bite-sized chunks and coated with rice flour to ensure non-stick qualities. They boast a robust flavour and a satisfyingly chewy texture, making them an ideal addition to a diverse range of recipes.

Simple to cook with, perfect for baking and as an addition to cereals and porridges, salads, smoothies, bars and cakes etc. They also make a great sweet date flavoured snack straight from the bag!
