This is a superb edible deodorised cocoa butter produced for creating fine chocolate. This butter has a mild cocoa scent. If you are looking for an organic cocoa butter which is especially suited to fine single origin chocolate where the smell or taste of the cocoa butter is not wanted (as it may to interfere with the flavour and aroma of the single origin cocoa mass) this is the product you want.
Natural cocoa butter is obtained from whole cocoa beans which are fermented and roasted for flavour and then pressed to separate the butter from the cocoa solids. This is then deodorised using a steam process.

Suggested uses:
Although primarily used for making chocolate, as it is a high quality edible butter, it can also be used as an emollient for skin without the cocoa smell. We supply this butter in crushed small broken chunks for easy weighing and melting.
