Taste & texture: a delicate balance of rich cocoa depth and creamy sweetness, at 39% cocoa.
Top uses: melting, baking, ganache, truffles, or eating straight from the pack.
Quality: single-origin Peruvian cocoa, supplied in drops for easy weighing and melting.
