Deep cocoa with a subtle sweetness. Our Venezuela Sur Del La 72% Dark Chocolate Couverture Drops are made with cocoa beans from Venezuela's Sur Del Lago region.

  • Taste & texture: rich, smooth 72% dark chocolate balancing intense cocoa with gentle sweetness.
  • Top uses: melt for sauces, truffles and ganache, fold into brownies and cookies, or use in moulds and homemade bars.
  • Quality: couverture drops at a minimum 72% cocoa solids, sized for easy weighing and melting.

Suggested uses: melt into ganache, stir through cake batter, or pair with fruit and coffee for a tasting board.
