Our free flowing granulated Xylitol has almost 0% sugar content but very sweet taste. Produced from birch tree sap it can be used the way you would use regular sugar. You can replace Xylitol one for one as you would use regular sugar but as it is quite sweet, with a cool aftertaste it is important to taste it as you add it to dishes, drinks and recipes to ensure you are happy with the depth of taste. It is recommended to not consume too much Xylitol at once.
