Milk-style chocolate, made from oats. Vegan Oat 51% Chocolate Couverture Drops blend 51% cocoa with gluten-free oat syrup for a silky, dairy-free chocolate.

  • Taste & texture: creamy, silky and milk-style, with gentle sweetness from dehydrated oat syrup.
  • Top uses: snacking, baking cookies and brownies, and melting for drizzles, ganache, mousse or hot chocolate.
  • Quality: couverture with 51% cocoa solids minimum; plant-based with no animal products.
  • Genuinely: a source of fibre (3.8g per 100g).

Suggested uses: snack straight from the bag, sprinkle over yoghurt and porridge, bake into cookies and brownies, or melt for ganache and hot chocolate.

The product itself is vegan with no animal products, though it is packed in a facility that also handles dairy, so please take care if you have a dairy allergy.
