Cacao Barry Cocoa Powder - Decor Cacao 20-22%

Crafted from sustainably sourced, finest quality West African beans, this alkalised, high-fat cocoa powder offers a delightful chocolate biscuit taste with subtle notes of cereals and caramel. It features a rich, velvety red-brown colour that retains its hue, flavour and dry matte texture significantly longer than traditional cocoa powders, ensuring a lasting and beautiful cocoa finish on your creations for up to three weeks in the fridge.

Please be aware that the percentage mentioned in the title indicates the cocoa butter content in the cocoa powder.

Note that this cocoa powder is made from roasted cocoa beans.  Cocoa and cacao mean the same thing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocoa_bean.  A cocoa bean is a cacao bean whether roasted or not. Raw food marketers unfortunately promote the idea that cocoa is roasted and processed while cacao is raw when there is actually no difference.
