Our sweetened dried cranberries are deliciously sweet and mildly tangy. The cranberries are infused with a sucrose syrup and slowly dried before misting with sunflower oil to prevent clumping. There are no sulphites, or preservatives in our cranberries. Note that because no preservatives are used our cranberries are not the bright red colour you associated with preserved cranberries.
