Our cranberries are hand-harvested and slowly dried before being infused with pineapple juice concentrate and misted with sunflower oil to prevent clumping. This process ensures a deliciously sweet and mildly tangy flavor without the use of refined sugar, sulphites, or preservatives. Please note that the absence of preservatives may result in a different colour than that associated with preserved cranberries.
