Our organic dried basil has as a delightful, slightly sweet aroma. It's rich flavour makes it ideal for tomato based dishes and is a staple in Italian dishes and a very popular all round herb. Excellent to sprinkle over pizzas and salads. Rich in vitamins and minerals it is also a popular herb for making tea and green herb blends.

Basil can be used in many dishes including soups, pastas, sauces, salads, salad dressings and even desserts like strawberry and basil granita or basil infused panna cottas.
