Our warm & fiery stem ginger is immersed in syrup until tender, then wrapped in cocoa-rich velvety dark chocolate. This perfect pairing mellows the ginger to give a soft, sweet and spicy delight.
Ingredients:
Stem Ginger (60%) (ginger (sulphites), sugar), Dark Chocolate (40%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring).
