Out of 50 almond varieties only 4 were good enough for our almond butter. You might call that perfectionism, we call it 'don't stop until it tastes perfect'... ism. Our almond butter is silky smooth, full of flavour & made with only two ingredients: almonds (99.6%) & a sprinkle of sea salt. An almond sommelier would say it has 'earthy notes' & 'naturally sweet undertones'. You'll say our almond butter tastes great. Simple.
