Sun and Seed - Organic Raw Pistachio Butter

Made from 100% organic raw pistachios, this butter is cold-milled to capture the pure, unmistakable flavour of the nut in its most natural form. Smooth, creamy and naturally vibrant in colour, it has a delicate sweetness and a soft, rounded nuttiness that makes it feel luxurious from the very first spoonful. Raw pistachio butter is gentler and more fragrant than roasted versions — floral, creamy, subtly green and wonderfully aromatic.

Its texture is velvety and spoonable, with a flavour that grows richer the longer you taste it. Drizzle it, spread it, blend it — it behaves beautifully in almost any dish. In sweet recipes, it brings a refined pistachio note reminiscent of gelato or pastry cream. In savoury dishes, it adds depth and elegance without overpowering other ingredients.
