Pure chocolate, no sugar in sight. Organic Peruvian cocoa nibs are crushed roasted cocoa beans — intense, dark and faintly fruity, with a brilliant crunch. Scatter them where you would chocolate chips for grown-up bitterness your smoothies and bakes will thank you for. Naturally high in fibre and unsweetened.
- Flavour: a single-origin blend of Forastero, Criollo and Trinitario beans — bold chocolate richness with delicate floral, fruity notes from the Criollo (the “prince of cocoa”)
- Top uses: smoothies, granola, yoghurt, brownies and cookies, or as a crunchy topping
