Our Pilau recipe uses an aromatic blend of spices that we discovered from Seema - one of the amazing farmers we work with in Haryana, India.
Seema and her family have been enjoying this recipe for generations and now you can too.
The perfect accompaniment to your favourite curry and ready in just 2 minutes.
Ingredients:
Cooked Brown Basmati Rice (78%) (Water, Brown Basmati Rice), Rapeseed Oil, Onion, Adzuki Beans (3%), Red Pepper (3%), Tomato Paste (2%), Smoked Paprika, Coriander, Salt, Sugar, Water, Onion Powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder, White Wine Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Tomato Powder, Chipotle Chilli (0.1%), Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Flavouring, Colour (Paprika Extract), Turmeric Extract (Flavouring, Colour (Curcumin)), Cayenne Pepper.

Cooking instructions:
Squeeze pouch well to separate grains.
Tear open 2cm at top of pouch.
Microwave: 850W – heat for 2 minutes.
1000W – heat for 1 minute & 30 seconds.
Stir-fry: Medium heat for 2 minutes.
Do not reheat. Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
