This bar is made with ethically sourced cocoa beans grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity, and cocoa forestry.
Our chocolate is crafted in micro-batches and stone-ground for three days, blending specially sourced cacao with coconut sugar, cocoa butter, lucuma, Lion’s Mane, and vanilla before tempering and wrapping.
Radek’s Chocolate has partnered with Bristol Fungarium to offer this Lion’s Mane chocolate bar. The team at Bristol Fungarium grow the only native Lion’s Mane in England, cloned from an indigenous specimen just 500m from their mushroom farm in Somerset. Combining the uplifting effects of ethically-sourced cacao with locally grown Lion’s Mane extract provides antioxidants, beta-glucans, and unique compounds beneficial for cognition, mood, focus, and energy.
Each 67g bar contains 2000mg of 1:4 Lion’s Mane extract powder.
