Take a luxurious blend of British Organically grown, creamy, wholegrain oats and toasted malted wheat flakes. Mix these with sweet apricots, dates, sultanas, roasted nuts and wholesome seeds. Ensure that there is no added salt or refined sugar and what have you got?

Suggested serving:
For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into a smoothie or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds
