Crafted from sustainably sourced West African beans of the highest quality, Plein Arôme cocoa powder is an exquisite blend of nostalgia and indulgence. With its delightful round chocolate flavour, accompanied by hints of caramel, whole milk and almond. Its warm autumn brown colour and rich flavour profile make it the perfect ingredient to elevate your recipes.  Plus, its high fat content and slight alkalisation ensure exceptional flavour, colour and texture in all your culinary creations.
