Our Chia Seeds are cold milled to preserve nutrients and aid with easy absorption. As a natural source of dietary fibre, they are a great addition to any healthy diet. Their mild flavour make them a nutritious addition to any meal but we especially love ours added to porridge, yoghurt, smoothies & salads.
