Our whole organic psyllium husk (also known as isabgol) is 95% purity husk from the Plantago Ovata plant — a versatile, natural binder and thickener for baking and cooking.
- High in fibre: 90g per 100g.
- Low in fat: 0.2g per 100g.
- Natural binder: forms a gel with water, an excellent egg replacement in baking.
- Natural thickener: swells when wet, handy for thickening soups and stews.
