Our Red Quinoa is a colourful, nutrient-rich grain with a slightly nutty flavour and a firmer texture compared to white quinoa. It’s a source of complete plant protein, containing all nine essential amino acids, and is naturally high in fibre and key minerals.
Versatile and easy to prepare, red quinoa works well in both savoury and sweet dishes. It holds its shape when cooked, making it particularly suited to grain salads, pilafs, and baking recipes.

Cooking Instructions:
Rinse before cooking. Use 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15–20 minutes until tender. Fluff with a fork before serving.
