Our exquisite 78% Ugandan Dark Chocolate Couverture Drops are supplied in small coin sized drops for easy weighing and melting. This fantastic chocolate offers exceptional value and can also be enjoyed straight from the bag. It adds a delightful touch to pralines, ice cream, mousses, and cold desserts. With a rich cocoa aroma and a delicate spiciness, this chocolate is sure to please the most discerning palates. We have carefully crafted this recipe to maximise the intense and balanced flavour of our high-quality cocoa.

Suggested uses:
