This is a wonderful creamy, smooth 74% chocolate produced from Ecuadorian Arriba cocoa beans. We have this product supplied in small coin sized drops for easy weighing and melting. This is a fantastic chocolate at a great price. A very smooth, creamy chocolate that is less bitter than most other 74% chocolate couverture. This chocolate has a very floral profile, with a characteristic bitterness, accompanied by low acidity, a pleasant note of astringency, and a floral bouquet. The flavour of this cocoa persists for a long time in the mouth. Produced from Nacional cocoa beans grown in the province of Guayas this cocoa has all the wonderful characteristics of the traditional Ecuadorian Arriba cocoa.

Suggested uses:
Incorporate chocolate drops into baking for rich flavour. Melt for ganache or drizzling. Make truffles or hot chocolate. Spread on desserts or make bark. Fold into mousse or use for fondue.
