Alara Original Organic Muesli

    A balanced blend of 12 natural ingredients.

    Nothing but the best goes in: full of natural goodness British grown flakes of oats, barley, rye and crunchy wheat, mixed with sweet dates, apricots and raisins, earthy sunflower seeds and a touch of cinnamon.

    In 1975, Alara was the first cereal manufacturer to make no added sugar muesli. This very first recipe was made in a squat in Tolmers Square in London and it was very popular. To celebrate our long years of making healthy and delicious products, we decided to re-launch this original recipe. We have reformulated it, brought it up to date and made it nut-free and organic. We hope you like it as much as our customers did all those years ago.

    Suggested serving:

    For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt

    Ingredients:

    100% organically grown ingredients

    Wholegrain Oat Flakes (28%), Wholegrain Barley Flakes (16%), Wholegrain Crispy Wheat Flakes (14%), Raisins (11.5%), Chopped Dates (9%), Wholegrain Jumbo Oat Flakes (9%), Wholegrain Rye Flakes (4.5%), Chopped Apricots (2.5%), Sunflower Seeds (2%), Sesame Seeds (2%), Raw Buckwheat (1.5%), Ceylan Cinnamon Powder (0.1%)

    Contains GLUTEN and SESAME. May contain traces of MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA and SULPHITES
