Bold, deep and unsweetened, our cacao mass drops (also known as cacao liquor) are 100% pure ground cacao beans formed into easy-melting drops — the raw foundation of chocolate, with a rich, aromatic cacao flavour.
- Taste & texture: intense, bittersweet cacao with no added sweetness, melting smoothly.
- No added sugar: just 100% cocoa mass (sugars 0.2g per 100g, naturally occurring).
- High in fibre: 16g per 100g.
- Convenient drops: drop-shaped for easy weighing, melting and baking.
