A delicious and nutritious spread made from finely ground sun dried sweet apricot kernels grown in Uzbekistan and Bolivian hand harvest and cracked brazil nuts with a little cold pressed sunflower oil to ensure spreadability!
Excellent as a spread on toast or crackers or as an ingredient in baking, especially good in flapjacks! Also useful to add a powerful creamy and nutritious hit to smoothies.
Rich in Selenium and healthy fats.
This product naturally contains laetrile B17 (amygdalin) which some commentators claim to be very beneficial however it is best to eat no more than 20g of this product per day.
