Harris & James are proud to be a Bean-to-Bar chocolate maker. We source our cacao directly from trusted growers, offering above-market rates to secure the finest beans. This allows us to roast at lower temperatures, producing chocolate with a full-bodied flavour that reflects the unique character of its growing region.
Only 1% of chocolate globally is made this way, but we believe the effort is worth it. Combined with our small-batch, artisanal process, it results in decadently smooth, rich, and flavoursome chocolate—leaving a delicious taste in your mouth and a smile on our growers’ faces.
