Our Inulin Powder is a nutritious sweetener with many uses. Inulin is a high fibre carbohydrate that is naturally present in a number of different plants which is said to promote a healthy gut. It has a low-calorie count with 90% fibre. Inulin has a fairly neutral taste with a subtle sweetness. With the high fibre content, it's recommended that you introduce this slowly into your diet.
Suggested use:
Use it to sweeten and thicken smoothies and protein shakes aswell as increase your fibre intake considerably! Use it to sweeten baked goods, hot drinks, stewed fruits, sauces and stews.
