Wholegrain oat flakes (47%), rapeseed oil, nuts (7%) [cashew nut pieces, flaked almonds, hazelnut pieces, walnut pieces], seeds (7%) [pumpkin, golden linseed, sunflower], fructose, desiccated coconut, Belgian dark chocolate (5%) [cocoa mass, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring], chicory fibre, cocoa powder, natural flavouring, cocoa extract.
