Odysea - Balsamic Glaze (Plastic Bottle) 250ml
A thick, dense and velvety smooth glaze made with 60% Balsamic vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP). The concentration of balsamic vinegar in this glaze gives a perfectly balanced sweet and sour flavour which is characteristic of a good balsamic vinegar.
The squeezable bottle makes the glaze easy to use and perfect for decorating and finishing dishes.
Great to mix with olive oil and seasoning to create a vinaigrette dressing.
Singled out at Great Taste Awards for its “superglossy appearance and silky texture”, the judges welcomed the glaze’s “sliken smooth mouthfeel” and noted it “delivers a smack of tartness without being overpowering”.
