Our Super Dark Chocolate is a delicate balancing act - one that our Swiss master chocolatiers have buttoned down to perfection. Our Super Dark Pico Chocolate is made with single origin Forestero cacao from the Dominican Republic, which has a milder chocolate flavour and lower acidity - perfect for the higher cacao content. The result is a velvety, uniquely aromatic, full fat but balanced flavour profile.
