Currently unique to the Thursday Cottage brand in the preserves market, this fruity curd is a lovely vibrant alternative to the classic flavour curds.
You can certainly taste the difference between our Blood Orange Curd and a standard Orange Curd because of the sweetness the Blood Orange carries alongside its bitter notes.
Spread on toasted tea cakes or waffles, delicious when use as a filling for a Victoria Sandwich.
